Returns and Refunds
All Sales Are Final. Glycelene Skincare is a boutique, luxury vegan skincare line. Each product in our line is handcrafted fresh in our laboratory by us in small batches. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions or allergies to certain ingredients. If you have any skin concerns, sensitive or reactive skin and would like a skin consultation, please let us know and we are happy to help. Glycelene does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic response, or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged due to shipping, we are happy to replace it. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send clear, detailed photos of the damaged items and original packaging including the shipping box to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to replace the broken items.
If you purchased your item at a store or spa, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than GLYCELENE Shop may not be returned to us.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Support@glycelene.com to request a replacement within a timely manner of delivery. We do not replace or exchange samples, GWP and limited edition products.
Each GLYCELENE product is made to order fresh, for you.
We do our best to ship our orders from Southern California within 1-5 business days. Please allow extra time during the holidays. You will receive tracking once it ships.
At this time we only ship to US addresses. We DO NOT ship to APO addresses at this time.
We do ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. We do ship to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for missing packages marked DELIVERED by USPS. All orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY. We do not ship Fed Ex or UPS, so please make sure your shipment is able to arrive via USPS.
